Once an item has been shipped, it is no longer in our hands. We are not responsible for:

All customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped. Any delivery concerns must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
Pre‑Orders
Pre‑order items will always include a clearly stated turnaround time in the product description. By purchasing a pre‑order item, you acknowledge and agree to the stated processing and shipping timeframe. Please note that ordering pre‑order items alongside in‑stock items may result in your order shipping together once all items are available.
Cancellations & Order Changes
