Order Issues & Reporting Window
We want every customer to feel confident shopping with us. If there is any issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please email us with your name, order number, and clear photos of the concern so we can review it promptly.
After the 24‑hour window has passed, we are unable to offer refunds. In certain cases, store credit may be issued for the value of the damaged item; however, this is not guaranteed unless the issue is determined to be the company’s fault.

Pre‑Orders
Pre‑order items will always include a clearly stated turnaround time in the product description. By purchasing a pre‑order item, you acknowledge and agree to the stated processing and shipping timeframe. Please note that ordering pre‑order items alongside in‑stock items may result in your order shipping together once all items are available.
